What should be noted during the installation of an aluminum door motor?

Preparation before Installation

1. Before unboxing the aluminum door motor, check if the packaging is intact and undamaged, and whether there are signs of dampness. After removing the cover, carefully remove dust and rust-proofing from the aluminum door motor.

2. Conduct a thorough inspection for deformation and damage during transportation, check for any loosening or detachment of fasteners, ensure the rotor turns smoothly, verify that the label data meets the requirements, and measure the high-voltage resistance with a 500VMQ gauge. The insulation resistance should not be less than 1MQ; otherwise, dry treatment of the winding should be performed, but the processing temperature must not exceed J20°C.

Section II: Installation Site and Foundation for Aluminum Art Door Motors

The installation site of aluminum art door motors should not exceed an altitude of 1000m; for general-purpose aluminum art door motors, the installation site should be dry and clean, with good ventilation around the motor.

Ensure adequate spacing from other equipment for inspection, monitoring, and cleaning. The environmental temperature should be below 40°C and strong radiation must be prevented. The installation foundation must be sturdy and rigid with sufficient stiffness, and the installation surface should be flat to ensure the motor operates in balance.

Section 3: Aluminum Art Door Motor Wiring

The aluminum door motor should be properly grounded. There are grounding devices in the lower right corner of the junction box and on the motor base housing. In case of necessity, the bottom foot or flange bolts of the aluminum door motor can also be used for grounding to ensure the safe operation of the aluminum door motor.

Section 4: Aluminum Art Door Motor and Mechanical Load Connection

1. Aluminum craft door motors can be connected with couplings, right-hand keyed shafts, or belts to the load mechanical equipment. For the fan end of double shaft extension aluminum craft door motors, only coupling transmission is permitted.

When using couplings for connection, the centerline of the motor shaft of the aluminum door motor must align with the centerline of the load mechanical shaft to prevent the aluminum door motor from generating strong vibrations, abnormal sounds, etc., during operation. The installation deviation is as follows: for 2-pole aluminum door motors, the allowable deviation is 0.015mm; for 4, 6, and 8-pole aluminum door motors, the deviation is 0.04mm.

3. For vertical installation, the three-phase asynchronous aluminum door motor only allows the use of a coupling to connect with the mechanical load.
