Dongguan Hengyi Hardware Products Co., Ltd. is located at 38 Market East Road, Shujiu Village, Changping Town, Dongguan City, adjacent to Shenzhen and Huizhou, with convenient transportation. Our main business includes powder coating processing of hardware products, stamping and forming of hardware products, manufacturing and assembly of related finished products. Our predecessor was Dongguan Changping Taile Hardware Products Factory and Dongguan Taixin Hardware Products Co., Ltd., which was renamed Dongguan Hengyi Hardware Products Co., Ltd. in November 2021 due to the company merger.

Our company holds a qualified environmental protection qualification and obtained the ISO9001-2008 certification after review in 2014. The factory covers an area of over 5,000 square meters, with the coating department introducing a complete set of German Wagner powder electrostatic spray equipment, featuring reciprocating automatic spray guns, large cyclone spray rooms, and an automatic color change system. This allows for large-scale production capacity while also offering the convenience of flexible color changes for small batch production, solving the challenges of difficult color changes, mixed colors, and irregularities in the coating industry. The factory is equipped with a coating testing room, which includes basic testing equipment such as a film thickness gauge, gloss meter, colorimeter, pencil hardness tester, salt spray machine, grid knife, and light source box, enabling basic physical property testing of coatings to ensure product quality. The metal products department is equipped with shearing machines, hydraulic presses, lathes, milling machines, welding machines, stamping machines, and bending machines, along with relevant testing instruments and equipment. The assembly department has two assembly production lines, equipped with silk screen printing, pad printing processes, and related product accessory equipment. Since its establishment, our company has provided processing and matching services for well-known brands such as TCL, Skyworth, IKEA, and Mattel, enjoying a good reputation in the industry.
