The layout structure of Puxu vacuum pump's housing determines the overall structure of the pump. The vertical structure has the inlet and outlet ports horizontally positioned, making assembly and pipeline connection quite convenient. However, the pump's center of gravity is high, resulting in poor stability at high speeds, so this type is commonly used for small pumps.

Puxu Vacuum Pump Installation Note:

Vacuum pumps should be installed in a sturdy and solid ground location, with ample space around for easy inspection, maintenance, and care.

The vacuum pump base should maintain a level foundation, and anti-vibration rubber pads or bolted dampening devices are recommended at the corners of the base to ensure smooth operation and minimal oscillation of the vacuum pump.

The connecting pipes between the vacuum pump and the system should be tightly sealed. For small vacuum pumps, metal piping can be used with oil-resistant rubber gaskets. For small vacuum pumps, vacuum hoses can be used for connection. The pipe diameter must not be smaller than the vacuum pump's suction port diameter, and the pipeline should be short with minimal bends. (When welding piping, clean out the weld slag from the pipes and prohibit it from entering the vacuum pump chamber.)

In the connecting pipeline, users can install valves and vacuum gauges above the vacuum pump intake, allowing for real-time monitoring of the pump's ultimate pressure.

Connect the power supply according to the motor label specifications, and ground the wire, as well as install suitable standard fuses and thermal relays.

During the power-on trial operation of the PuXu vacuum pump, the motor belt must be removed. The pump's rotation direction must be confirmed to be in compliance with the specified direction before it can be put into use, to prevent the vacuum pump from reversing and spilling oil. (The rotation direction is indicated by the protective cover.)

For vacuum pumps with cooling water, connect the cooling water as per regulations.

If an electromagnetic valve is installed at the vacuum pump intake, the valve and the vacuum pump should operate simultaneously.
