Continuous molding process, fine structure, easy operation


Process improvements and innovative designs:

1. We've switched to a segmented design for the equipment deck. After welding, we add an annealing process to relieve stress from the welds, ensuring that there's no deformation during subsequent processing. We then perform a surface grinding after milling to maintain the accuracy of the deck between 0.01-0.02 mm.

2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the stand roll frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to the horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with a U-shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The inner hole of the roller and the shaft are fixed through tension sleeves. This solves the issue of "eight-shaped" deformation in the stand roll frame under stress.
