Process improvement and innovative design:

1. We've changed the machine console design to segmented, and after welding, we add an annealing process to relieve welding stress, ensuring that the console won't deform during later processing. After milling the flat surface, we add an additional plane grinding to maintain the console's precision within 0.01-0.02 mm.

2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the roller stand frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to the horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with a U-shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The roller bore and shaft are fixed through tension sleeves. This design solves the issue of "eight-character" deformation in the roller stand frame under load.
