Process improvement and innovative design:

1. We have changed the control panel design to segmented, and after welding, we add annealing process to relieve the stress from welding, ensuring that the panel does not deform during subsequent processing. After planing the surface, an additional surface grinding is performed to ensure the accuracy of the machine table is controlled within 0.01-0.02 mm.

2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the roller stand frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to the horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with a U-shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The inner hole of the roller and the shaft are fixed using a shrink fit sleeve. This solution addresses the issue of "eight-shaped" deformation in the roller stand frame under load.
