Many precautions before the processing stage must be fully understood to avoid being unprepared during the later stages. Knowing these details can greatly assist our work, reduce the occurrence of malfunctions, and ensure product quality. All these are closely related to what we need to pay attention to. So, let's take a look at what we should be aware of when processing precision parts.

Before operating the machinery, check if the moving parts have been lubricated, then start it up and inspect the clutch and brake for proper function. Run the machine idle for 1-3 minutes, and under no circumstances operate the machinery if a fault is detected.

2. Maintain proper posture while working, ensuring you have enough energy to tackle tasks. If you feel unwell, leave your post immediately and report to your supervisor. Stay focused during operations, avoid idle chatter, and work in harmony. Operators must not operate while feeling restless or tired to prevent accidents and ensure safety. All employees must check that their attire meets the work requirements before starting their shift. Flip-flops, high heels, and clothing that could compromise safety are prohibited. Those with long hair must wear a safety helmet.

When replacing molds, first turn off the power. Only after the press department has stopped can you begin to install and adjust the mold. Once installed and adjusted, manually turn the flywheel to test-press twice. Check if the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, if the screws are tight, and if the edge rings are in the correct position.

4. Power may only be activated and machinery operated after all other personnel have left the mechanical work area and removed all debris from the workbench.

5. During machine operation, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands into the slider working area and to manually pick up or place workpieces. Only standardized tools should be used when handling workpieces within the die. In the event of abnormal sounds or malfunctions, the power switch should be turned off immediately for inspection. Once the machine is in motion, one person should be responsible for material handling and machine operation, while others must not press electrical buttons or step on foot switches, nor should they place their hands into the machine's working area or manually engage with the machine's moving parts.

6. At the end of the workday, please turn off all unnecessary power sources and organize finished products, scraps, and debris on your work station. Ensure the work environment is clean and safe.
