Construction Process:
I. Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's process requires confirming the decoration needs with the client, conducting on-site surveys and analyses, followed by engineering quotes, material confirmation, cost accounting, creating an engineering schedule, and signing the decoration contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all-risk insurance, fire reporting and approval, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, meeting sign-off, construction progress control, project tendering tasks, construction signage, safety and civil construction specifications, material procurement.
III. Construction Phase
Site facility inventory, public area corridor protection, on-site photography for record, "Project Online" electronic construction management system weekly updates on construction progress, material acceptance, safe and civil construction, project acceptance.
4. Completion Stage
Construction Completion Inspection (Internal, Property, and Client Inspections), Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
V. After-Sales Service Phase
Establish post-sales files, provide after-sales service. Upon completion, enter the after-sales service period. Should you encounter any issues with renovation projects during use, feel free to contact us to arrange for relevant after-sales maintenance.
