Renovation Construction Process:
Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's design process requires confirming the decoration needs with the client, conducting on-site inspections, analyses, and communications. Following this, we provide engineering quotes, confirm materials, calculate costs, establish a project schedule, and sign the decoration engineering contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all risks insurance, fire report approval, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, handover meeting, construction progress control, project tendering tasks, construction signage, safety and civil construction specifications, material procurement.
III. Construction Phase
Site facility inventory, protection of public walkways, on-site photo documentation, the "Project Online" electronic construction management system updates construction progress weekly, material acceptance, safe and civil construction, and project inspection.
Section 4: Completion Phase
Construction Completion and Acceptance (Internal, Property, Party A), Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
V. After-Sales Service Phase
Establish after-sales files, provide after-sales service. Once completed, enter the after-sales service period. Should you encounter any issues with renovation projects during use, please contact us to arrange for relevant after-sales repairs.
