Construction Process:
Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's process requires confirming the decoration needs with the client, conducting on-site inspections and analyses, followed by engineering quotations, material confirmation, cost accounting, drafting the project schedule, and signing the decoration engineering contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all-risk insurance, fire reporting and approval, property手续, construction permit; engineering analysis, site meeting signatures, construction progress control, project contracting tasks, construction signage, safety and civilized construction specifications, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Site facility inventory, public area corridor protection, on-site photography for record, "Project Online" electronic construction management system weekly updates on construction progress, material acceptance, safe and civilized construction, project acceptance.
Section 4: Completion Phase
Construction Completion Inspection (Internal, Property, Client), Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
V. After-Sales Service Phase
