Renovation Construction Process:
I. Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's design process involves confirming the renovation requirements with the client, conducting on-site surveys and analyses, followed by engineering quotations, material confirmation, cost accounting, and drafting the project schedule, and finally signing the renovation contract.
Section II: Preparation Phase
Procure engineering all risks insurance, fire approval, property手续, construction permit; engineering analysis, kick-off meeting signatures, construction progress control, project outsourcing tasks, construction signage, safety and civilized construction specifications, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Site facility inventory, protection of public walkways, on-site photo documentation, weekly updates on construction progress in the electronic construction management system "Project Online", material acceptance, safe and civil construction, and project acceptance.
IV. Completion Stage
Construction Completion (Internal, Property, Party A Acceptance), Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
V. After-Sales Service Phase
Establish after-sales files, provide after-sales service. Post completion, enter the after-sales service period. Should you encounter any issues with renovation projects during use, feel free to contact us for arrangements regarding relevant after-sales repairs.
