Construction Process for Renovation
I. Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our design process requires us to confirm the renovation needs with the client, conduct on-site surveys and analysis, followed by engineering quotes, material confirmation, cost accounting, and the creation of an engineering schedule, before signing the renovation contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all risks insurance, fire report approval, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, site meeting signatures, construction progress control, project tendering tasks, construction signage, safety and civil construction standards, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Site facility inventory, protection of public walkways, on-site photography for record, "Project Online" electronic construction management system updates progress weekly, material inspection, safe and civil construction, project acceptance.
IV. Completion Stage
Construction Completion (Internal Inspection, Property Inspection, Client Inspection), Project Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
V. After-Sales Service Phase
Establish after-sales records, provide after-sales service. Upon completion, enter the after-sales service period. Should you encounter any issues with renovation projects during use, please contact us to arrange for relevant after-sales repairs.
