Renovation Construction Process:
I. Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our design process requires confirming the renovation requirements with the client, conducting on-site inspections, analysis, and communication. Following this, we provide engineering quotes, confirm materials, calculate costs, and establish a project timeline, before signing the renovation contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all risks insurance, fire report approval, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, handover sign-off, construction progress control, project bidding tasks, construction signboards, safety and civil construction specifications, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Site facility inventory, public area walkway protection, on-site photo documentation, "Project Online" electronic construction management system weekly updates on construction progress, material acceptance, safe and civilized construction, project acceptance.
Section 4: Completion Stage
Project Completion and Handover (Internal, Property, and Client Acceptance), Final Payment Settlement, Security Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
V. After-Sales Service Phase
