During industrial production, a significant amount of wastewater is generated. After being treated effectively, the water quality meets the standards required for production use once again and is recycled back into the production line for continuous use. This process of wastewater recycling is known as reclaimed water reuse.

The reclaimed water project holds significant promotional importance. In recent years, with the rapid economic and industrial development of the country and the continuous expansion of corporate scale, enormous pressure has been exerted on water resources and the environment. Taking the Shandong Gaomi Labor Protection Glove Base as an example, the first phase of the reclaimed water project can treat up to 6,500 cubic meters of water per day, and the reclaimed water meets the standards for washing and processing labor protection gloves. This maximizes water circulation within the industrial park, effectively addressing both water scarcity and environmental issues, as well as waste water discharge problems.

Jinan Guangbo Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the design, construction, installation, and commissioning of wastewater treatment and reclaimed water reuse for industrial enterprises, providing you with reliable wastewater reuse solutions.

Water reuse after treatment is a necessity for many businesses and public institutions, primarily for reuse purposes, which is known as reclaimed water. Firstly, it is used to conserve water resources. Secondly, it addresses the water scarcity issues in many parts of our country. Urban wastewater reuse is common, such as for landscaping purposes like watering plants, grass, flowers, and cleaning surfaces, as well as for car washing. However, the largest volume is used for industrial circulating cooling water, with examples like Beijing and Shijiazhuang, Hebei, demonstrating successful applications. This approach not only prevents water waste but also resolves the water scarcity issues in industrial enterprises, enhancing efficiency and energy savings. Of course, water reuse is also prevalent in various industrial sectors, such as coking plants reusing treated wastewater for quenching coke, iron and steel plants continuously reusing treated water in their cycles, and almost no water discharge, thereby saving resources; petrochemical companies recycling treated water back to oil fields, and so on. Currently, some cities are considering reusing treated urban wastewater in households for toilet use, which is a great idea, albeit requiring significant investment. Pilot projects can be initiated in newly constructed residential areas.

In recent years, the Shandong region has experienced a shortage of rainfall, leading to severe water scarcity. Take Weifang City in Shandong as an example; in the past three years, the area has witnessed dried-up reservoirs. The region is home to numerous safety gloves and textile washing enterprises, all of which are heavy water consumers. With the industry of safety gloves experiencing a significant increase in export orders, the impact of water shortages on production has been intensifying. For instance, Shandong Xingyu Gloves faced severe water scarcity despite operating at full capacity. The company's efforts to drill over 30 wells within the factory compound failed to meet the production washing water demands. In 2015, our company constructed a wastewater treatment plant for the gloves production process. After treatment, the COD levels reached between 30-40, and the effluent water was extremely clear. There were approximately 6,000 cubic meters of wastewater discharged daily. Following our recommendation, two ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis systems (reclaimed water systems) were built in 2016 and 2017. These systems removed the small amount of impurities and ionic substances from the treated wastewater, achieving pure water standards and fully satisfying the water needs for glove vulcanization and other production processes, significantly alleviating the company's water shortage issues. The cost of using the reclaimed water after treatment was about 2.4 yuan, much more cost-effective than tap water.

We have extensive experience in wastewater treatment and have numerous case studies of industrial companies recycling treated wastewater. Welcome to visit and examine.
