Non-woven base material double-sided adhesive boasts excellent adhesion and processing properties. It generally withstands temperatures of 70-80℃ for long periods and 100-120℃ for short durations. The thickness ranges from 0.08-0.15MM, making it suitable for nameplates, 3M double-sided adhesive plastic bonding, automotive, mobile phone, electrical, foam, rubber, signage, paper products, toys, and other industries. It is also ideal for the assembly of home appliance and electronic instrument components, as well as display screen lenses.

2. The non-backing double-sided adhesive features excellent adhesion and prevents shedding, as well as superior waterproofing properties. It has good processing and temperature resistance, with short-term capability of withstanding temperatures of 204-230°C. Die-cut double-sided adhesive generally has long-term temperature resistance of 120-145°C. The thickness typically ranges from 0.05-0.13MM, making it suitable for bonding nameplates, panels, and decorative parts.

3. The PET-based double-sided tape features excellent heat resistance and strong shear resistance. It generally maintains long-term heat resistance of 100-125°C and short-term heat resistance of 150-200°C. The thickness typically ranges from 0.048 to 0.2MM, making it suitable for bonding nameplates, LCDs, decorative items, and decorative parts.

4. The foam-based double-sided tape is soft, conforms well, and has good initial and holding adhesion. 3M double-sided tape offers excellent resistance to solvents and UV rays. It typically has a thickness of 0.4-1.0MM, with short-term temperature resistance of 130-150°C and long-term resistance of 80-93°C. It is suitable for bonding in air conditioners, office furniture, and communication products, can replace screw fastening designs, and enhances the aesthetic appeal of the product.

5. The hot melt adhesive film boasts excellent consistency and uniform adhesive thickness, is solvent-free, easy to process, and has good adhesion properties to many materials. It is 0.1MM thick, available in semi-transparent/amber color, and has a melting softening temperature of 116-123°C. It is suitable for bonding labels, plastics, and metal parts; it also provides good adhesion on uneven surfaces. Recommended initial bonding conditions are: temperature 132-138°C, bonding time 1-2 seconds, and pressure 10-20 psi.
