What Issues May Arise After the Installation of a Hydraulic Lifting Platform?

Hydraulic lifts primarily operate through the transmission of pressure by hydraulic oil to achieve the lifting function. Their scissor mechanical structure ensures a high level of stability during lifting, coupled with a spacious work platform and a high load-bearing capacity, allowing for a broader range of high-altitude operations and suitable for simultaneous work by multiple people. This enhances the efficiency of high-altitude work and ensures greater safety. What issues may arise after the installation of a hydraulic lift? The following points are potential problems that might occur:

A leak has occurred. Due to loose parts, vibration, and heat in the machine, the sealing surfaces and pipe joints may leak. Some defects, such as casting and machining, are difficult to detect during assembly and debugging. However, due to vibration and impact during operation, these defects become apparent, manifesting as oil (water) leakage. Therefore, leaks are more likely to happen during the磨合 period.

2. Poor lubrication occurs due to the small clearance between new assembled parts, and due to assembly reasons, it is difficult to ensure uniformity in the clearance. As a result, oil (grease) does not form a uniform film on the friction surface, making it difficult to prevent wear. This leads to a decrease in lubrication efficiency and premature abnormal wear of the parts. In severe cases, it can cause scoring or seizing on the precision mating friction surfaces, leading to failure.

3. Looseness has occurred, with newly machined and assembled parts showing deviations in geometric shape and mating dimensions. During the initial use phase, due to the effects of alternating loads such as impacts and vibrations, as well as factors like heat and deformation, combined with excessive wear, it is easy for the originally tightly fastened parts to become loose.

4. Rapid wear. Due to factors such as the machining, assembly, and adjustment of new machine parts, the friction surface is rough, the contact area of the mating surfaces is small, and the surface loading is uneven. During operation, the uneven parts of the component surfaces grind against each other, and the falling metal shavings act as abrasive materials, further accelerating the wear of the mating surfaces. Therefore, it is easy to wear out components (especially mating surfaces) during the磨合 period, with rapid wear. At this time, if overloading occurs, it may lead to component damage and early failure.

5. There are numerous operational errors. Due to insufficient understanding of the machine's structure and performance, especially for new operators, malfunctions and even mechanical accidents can easily occur due to operational mistakes.
