Hydraulic lift platforms primarily operate through the transmission of pressure from hydraulic oil, enabling lifting and lowering functions. Their scissor mechanical structure ensures high stability during lifting, along with a spacious working platform and high load-bearing capacity. This allows for a broader range of high-altitude operations and suitability for simultaneous work by multiple personnel. They enhance the efficiency of high-altitude work and provide greater safety assurance.
Employees should stand in the middle of the workbench as much as possible and minimize movement at high altitudes to reduce vibrations.
2. The vibration of the hydraulic lift is proportional to the lifting height. When operating, if a height of 8 meters is required, do not lift to 9 meters. Always work within the safe operational range. Lift within the equipment's rated load capacity; overloading will cause the device to sway.
3. Optional safety measures, such as wind-resistant ropes, can be employed. When the equipment is used outdoors, it may experience increased vibration due to weather conditions, etc. Using wind-resistant ropes for protection can reduce the vibration and enhance the stability of high-altitude operations.
