Provide winding space for copper wire in transformers.
2. Core of the fixed transformer.
3. The line slots within the frame provide a path for the transformer winding during production.
The metal pins in the frame serve as support for the copper wire winding of the transformer; after being soldered, they connect to the PCB board, performing the role of conducting electricity during transformer operation.
5. The retaining wall at the bottom of the frame provides a fixed connection between the transformer and the PCB board; it also offers a certain distance between the soldering pile during soldering and the PCB board, as well as between the core and the PCB board. This isolation prevents poor voltage resistance between the core and the soldering pile.
6. The protrusions, indentations, or chamfers in the frame determine the orientation or pin order for transformer placement during use.
