Reducing motors are one of the main equipment in industrial and agricultural production, and there are frequent instances of burning machines in gear reducers. To prevent such occurrences in gear reducers, the following effective protective measures should be taken:

Maintain the cleanliness of the减速电机. During operation, if dust or other debris enter, it can damage the wire insulation and cause a short circuit, burning out the减速机. Additionally, regularly clean the external surfaces of the涡轮减速机 to ensure proper heat dissipation.

Observe carefully and stop immediately upon detecting any strange odors. Monitor the vibration and noise of the减速机 (reducer). During operation, especially for electric roller reducers, it's crucial to frequently check the tightness and reliability of the foot bolts and bearing covers. If strong vibration, increased noise, or strange odors are detected, the machine must be shut down immediately to investigate the cause.

Overload of the gear reducer and low voltage can both lead to overloading of the motor reducer. During operation, regularly inspect the transmission unit; if a jamming is detected in the shaft coupling, immediately shut down to eliminate the fault.

Regularly inspect and maintain the control equipment of the speed reducer to ensure normal operation. The condition of the speed reducer control equipment plays a decisive role in the normal startup of the motor. Therefore, the control equipment of the speed reducer should be located in a dry, ventilated, and easily accessible area. Check the contactor contact points, coil core, screws, etc., to maintain good technical condition, thereby ensuring smooth operation of the speed reducer.

Regularly inspect gear reducers for overheating, oil shortages, cracks, scratches, or damage.
