Silicone keypads are a major product in silicone products, with a complex manufacturing process and high difficulty in production. They are primarily used in home appliances such as TVs, air conditioners, VCDs, DVDs, and related electronic industries.

Features:

1. The silicone keyboard is environmentally friendly, odorless, tasteless, and boasts excellent elasticity.

2. Features such as wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and no deformation allow for long-term use.

3. Smooth in appearance, with a strong texture, these are genuine eco-friendly products.

4. Available in monochrome, duotone, tritone, and mixed with other colors.

5. The LOGO on the accessories can be text, graphics, or a combination of both, with the production process involving silicone key technology.

Silicone products are manufactured from high-temperature sulfur vulcanized rubber, primarily, through a molding and vulcanization process. The production of a finished silicone key requires the following several steps:

Process:

1. Raw Material Mixing (also known as rubber refining or material preparation): This includes the blending of raw rubber, color matching, and the calculation of raw material weights.

2. Vulcanization Molding (also known as hydraulic molding): Utilizing high-pressure vulcanization equipment, the raw silicone material is solidified through high-temperature vulcanization.

3. Deburring (also known as processing or trimming): Silicon products removed from molds often come with unnecessary burrs and chip fragments, which require removal; currently, in the industry, this process is entirely completed manually, with some factories also using press brakes.

4. Screen Printing: This process is used only for silicone keyboards with patterns on the surface, such as the English letters and Arabic numerals on silicone keyboards. To facilitate user operation of the keys, it is often necessary to screen print corresponding characters to those on the phone keyboard at the respective positions.

Surface Treatment: Surface treatment includes dust removal using an air gun.

6. Spray Coating: Silicone keyboards are prone to attract dust from the air in their normal state and possess a certain stickiness. Spraying a thin layer of tactile oil on the surface of the silicone keys can both prevent dust accumulation and ensure a comfortable touch.

7. Other: Additional processes include various features bestowed upon the silicone keyboard by merchants, such as drip glue application, laser engraving, P+R synthesis, packaging optimization, and assembly with other materials and components.
