Both parties will establish an integrated ERP+MES control platform based on Futian's MOLDERP mold management system, enhancing corporate efficiency, continuously empowering business high-efficiency development, and facilitating the implementation of the digital transformation and upgrade strategy, thereby improving the quality of corporate development.
Honda Metal Molding (Zhaoqing) Co., Ltd. was established on June 12, 2002, with Kojima Akira (Kouji Kojima) as the legal representative. It is a Sino-Japanese joint venture jointly invested by Honda Metal Technology Co., Ltd. of Japan, Guangdong Zhaoqing Power Metal Co., Ltd., and Zhaoqing Honda Metal Co., Ltd.
Honda Mold will leverage the advanced MOLDERP platform from Fangtian to establish standards, optimize organization and processes, and create a lean mold production system. This will deepen the integration of business and finance, support the group's refined business analysis, and propel Honda Mold towards digitalization, automation, and intelligence.
