Established in October 2017, Changyuan Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changshu Auto Decoration (Stock Code: 603035), a publicly listed company on the Shanghai A-share market. The company is located in the Tianjin Free Trade Zone, occupying an area of 33,000 square meters. It specializes in the design, manufacturing, and after-sales services of automotive injection molds. Equipped with five-axis CNC machining centers from DMG, Mazak, and OPS, as well as mold automation production lines and equipment such as Krauss-Maffei and Engel injection molding machines, the company has established a comprehensive management service system from CAD/CAM to mold management, encompassing design, manufacturing processes, on-site trials, and delivery.

Joining Forces with Fangtian, Embracing the Digital Era
As early as 2018, Tianjin Changyuan introduced the digital overall solution for the mold management system provided by Fangtian Software. With the professional implementation methods of Fangtian Software, matched with IT basic data, continuous adjustment and optimization of the solution, and through blueprint realization and benefit tracking, a comprehensive enterprise operation management system was established.
By integrating with the Fangtian PLM+ERP platform, we enhance product design capabilities through a unified design and production approach.
b) By implementing the Futian ERP+OA, we have achieved electronic form signing and approval, enhancing our daily office's rapid response capabilities.
c) Through the Fangtian SCM vendor collaboration platform, a rapid quotation, comparison, order placement, and delivery model between suppliers and factory internal operations has been established, significantly enhancing supply chain efficiency.

e) By setting standard component safety stock and low stock levels through Fangtian WMS, we achieve automatic control of procurement risks, thereby enhancing material supply capabilities.
After a series of optimizations and enhancements, Tianjin Changyuan has achieved transparent workshop management and material supply chain management. It has established comprehensive Lean Production (LP) capabilities and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance assessment capabilities.
