OSG Corporation was established in 1938. As a publicly listed company in Japan, its shares are traded on the Tokyo and Nagoya Stock Exchanges. The company has established branch offices in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, and has grown into a multinational group within the industry. Our main business involves the manufacturing and sales of cutting tools, rolling tools, measuring tools, tool machinery, and mechanical components.
As one of OSG's wholly-owned subsidiaries in China, Dabao (Dongguan) Mold Cutting Tools Co., Ltd. was established in March 1996. Located in Dalang Town, Dongguan, a manufacturing hub in South China, the company specializes in the production of precision cutting tools such as screw taps, thread forming dies, and gear wheels.

Over many years of operation and development in China, with the strong support of OSG and under the leadership of our current Chairman, Mr. Tetsu Farukawa, and General Manager, Mr. Keiichi Kawada, as well as the collective efforts of all our employees, Dabao Company has continued to thrive. We now have over a hundred member stores in China, with our products spanning various industries including IT, automotive, aviation, railway, and bridge construction.

In 2008, Taiwan's Fangtian Group collaborated with OSG Corporation, providing IT infrastructure services for all OSG companies in Greater China, including TOSG Taiwan Dabao Group. TOSG invested heavily in financial, human, and material resources, while the Fangtian Group, with a united front, delivered on its promise. After two years of implementation, spanning across three locations and numerous provinces, Fangtian Group helped TOSG establish a comprehensive, robust ERP system, effectively supporting TOSG's rapid development.
As we enter 2011, TOSG has set higher expectations for Fangtian Group. We anticipate Fangtian Group to assist in establishing an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for the automation integration of the Dabao (Dongguan) Mold Cutting Tools workshop.

• Work-in-Progress Management Module • Equipment Management Module • Production Status Monitoring • Warning Management Module • Statistical Quality Control Module
After implementation, the system is now in use and has achieved the following application effects:
Real-time information on production activities (from order initiation, work order creation, through product manufacturing completion, to inventory) is provided by using data collectors at the workshop, enabling real-time wireless transmission.
Our company is capable of making appropriate responses and reports regarding the conditions of manufacturing sites across various industries and the production activities involved.
Users (including on-site workers, supervisors, factory managers, and corporate and supply chain partners) can check real-time changes in production status through billboards, respond quickly, and focus on production activities aimed at reducing defect rates and increasing output value, effectively managing factory operations and the production process.
Provide actual data of various factory equipment to the financial system for cost and efficiency calculations.
To command all activities on the production line, thereby achieving the overall objectives of the enterprise.
Track all relevant information of work-in-progress products within the factory, provide product manufacturing managers with accurate real-time information, and control the production processes, machine equipment, and process parameters of production orders, batches, or components, to trace the production history, ensuring that on-site data is recorded in real-time and accurately.
Users (senior managers, site supervisors, production managers, process engineers, and relevant business units) can leverage the data or reports aggregated by the system to make accurate and real-time production information, thereby achieving the goal of accurate and rapid decision-making for both on-site production and business operations.
The In-Process Management Module is responsible for handling order creation, production batch initiation (or component de-commissioning), workflow card printing, and various accounting operations across stations (assembly, inspection, maintenance, etc.), as well as inventory handling. Additionally, it includes functionalities beyond processing necessary defective items and quantities, such as exception handling, special handling, batch disassembly, batch consolidation, and outsourcing.
In conjunction with the Fangtian ERP Enterprise Resource System and the Fangtian SCM Management System, we provide authentic and crucial information required for sales activities.
Thus far, the implementation of Dabao (Dongguan) Mold Cutting Tools has given us a profound understanding of the meticulousness in Japanese factory management and the high degree of automation in the workshops, which also provides valuable experience for Fangtian Group to participate in more large-scale cross-border ERP systems.
