(Yuanchuang Company), a company based in the Cayman Islands. In 2014, Yuanchuang Company introduced Jinjihu Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (a fully-owned subsidiary of Foxconn Group), making VERTEX PROFIT, Taiwan Yulon Automotive, and Jinjihu key shareholders. The factory is located at 99 Changkai Branch Road, Yuqiao Economic Development Zone, Yubei District, Chongqing (opposite Chang'an No. 5 Factory), just an 8-minute drive from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport.
