1. Power on the fully automatic die-cutting machine and inspect the equipment. Test the machine for a few minutes before mounting any molds to ensure proper operation! When die-cutting and stamping products together, the die must be mounted straight; otherwise, the products may be short of material. Remove the template from the machine's platform and place it on the workbench. Stick the mold with tape and securely attach it horizontally to the upper template.
2. After installing the template on the fully automatic die-cutting machine, tighten the screws on the right or left side and apply the lifting pressure. Ensure the gap between the upper and lower templates is higher than the thickness of the mold and the PC board. Secure the PC board with tape on the lower part of the mold using the tape, and place a strip of white paper with tape on the other side of the PC board where no tape is applied. The PC board is below, with the white paper in the middle. Place the carbon paper and slowly reduce the pressure, using the main unit to gently apply pressure until the entire die-cut is visible on the white paper.
3. The marks on the blank paper are for easy identification of debugging locations during product production. Place the paper beneath the PC board and use positioning foam for alignment. After placing the materials, perform a trial run, discard the waste, inspect the product. If defects such as continuous lines or frayed edges are found, remove the paper placed beneath the PC board and apply transparent tape over the corresponding defective areas.
If the product exhibits delamination or over-cutting, gently scrape the corresponding bad spot on the PC board with a blade. After the product trial adjustment is completed, set the jump distance of the架料, and then, after producing the debugged product, it should be confirmed by the quality control department. Only after the quality control confirmation is completed can the production proceed.
