Original Material Selection
Capacitor packaging tubes are typically made from PVC or PS materials. PVC is easy to form, convenient for production and cost-effective. Generally, customers are increasingly opting for PVC materials. If customers have phthalate regulations, PS material is a suitable choice as it complies with halogen-free and Sony regulations.
Part Specifications
Capacitor packaging tubes require component drawings. If component drawings cannot be provided, we can offer 3-5 sample components instead. Your company can design the appropriate automatic production line and packaging design for long-distance transportation based on the component drawings or the specific component samples.
Section 3: Pipe Length
There are two methods for selecting the length of capacitor packaging tubes. One is for customers to immediately inform everyone of the tube length, and the other is for customers to decide the tube length based on the total number of components that must be packaged on a single tube.
Section 4: Selection of End Caps
The end caps for pipes can be selected between rubber plugs or rubber nails. If rubber nails are chosen, a hole must be made, and a compatible steel nail should be inserted to seal the pipe opening. If rubber plugs are selected, no hole is needed; simply choose a rubber plug that fits the size of the pipe opening to seal it shut.
