Drone wire laying involves flying drones overhead to tension and deploy a lightweight, flexible rope for construction workers to use as a牵引 rope to pull subsequent ropes, ultimately leading to steel wire ropes. However, the process of deploying guide ropes during the transmission line construction phase is highly damaging to the environment. In the past, the deployment of guide ropes during the construction phase was generally done manually, often accompanied by activities such as tree felling, crop compensation, and shipping disruptions. Traditional manual deployment of guide ropes is costly, time-consuming, labor-intensive, dangerous, and inefficient, with numerous safety risks. Drone-powered wire laying is fast, safe, efficient, and cost-effective, making it the preferred choice for power grid construction companies.

1. Enhanced Safety: Our drones offer a high level of safety, as they are unmanned and therefore do not pose the risk of injury accidents that can occur with paragliders or manned helicopters. Designed with safety in mind, our drones are engineered to prevent free-flying in the event of any unforeseen situations, ensuring they do not threaten aerial safety or harm ground personnel or facilities.

2. Reliable Operations: It features vertical take-off and landing, hovering in mid-air, and low-altitude, low-speed flight, fully meeting the requirements for line construction under various terrain and technical conditions, as well as the operational needs of personnel on towers, such as rope handling.

3. Versatile: Low起飞site requirements; no runway needed, playing a positive role in environmental protection and compensation for young seedlings.

4. Excellent Wind Resistance: Capable of meeting the requirements for laying preliminary guide ropes for general lines under wind speeds of 5 levels or below.

5. Smart Operation: With intelligent flight control, drones can accurately navigate to predetermined locations after coordinates are input into the flight program. The flying precision is high, with deviation only between 1~5M. Moreover, in case of low battery, the drones can automatically return to the takeoff location.

6. Easy Operation: Full electronic stabilization throughout the machine allows one person to become proficient enough to operate independently in about half a day of training.

7. Overcrossing Challenges: As the difficulty of power line construction increases year by year, the phenomenon of new transmission lines crossing over existing ones has become unavoidable to expand the grid coverage. This includes crossings over rivers, mountains, ravines, railway lines, and highways. Using conventional methods, such as setting up protective poles and laying tensile ropes, adds human and material resources needed for the construction of overcrossing structures, as well as land compensation costs for crops. By employing drones, primary guide rope deployment can be completed without interrupting power supply, reducing various obstacles in overcrossing construction, significantly shortening the construction timeline for transmission line overcrossings, and minimizing safety hazards and cost expenditures.
