Product Overview

Operating Principle

Material is added from the center of the top of the shell, and under the stirring of the continuously reversing rake teeth, the material moves axially back and forth, the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly renewed, indirectly heated by steam, evenly stirred by the rake teeth, crushed rod

The material is crushed to vaporize moisture within, under the vacuum system's action, facilitating the beneficial expulsion of both internal and surface moisture of the dried material. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, before being vented out at the vacuum pump outlet.
