Unsaturated Resin Equipment

Product Overview

The resin equipment set is used for producing unsaturated polyester resins, phenolic resins, epoxy resins, ABS resins, and paints. The complete set consists of a reaction kettle, vertical distillation column, horizontal condenser, water storage tank, overflow oil sump, pipelines (for thin kettle), etc. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel.

The pot can be fitted with stainless steel coils, or stainless steel coils can be set inside the jacket.

If electric heating rods are not used for heating, steam heating or circulating thermal oil heating can also be employed.
