One of the products in our Courtyard Gate collection is the aluminum art gate, which stands out in the series with its attractive appearance, unique rust and fade-resistant qualities, and its high strength and toughness for enhanced safety, making it a representative of stylish gates.
How is this stylish aluminum door crafted? Below, we delve deeper into its manufacturing process:
Materials Preparation: After receiving an order, the manufacturer will prepare materials based on the customer-provided information for door dimensions and styles, which primarily includes decorative components and various-sized pipe fittings.
After preparing the materials, the welding process can begin.
Polishing and Buffing: Mainly involves smoothing out rough areas such as weld points.
Surface Treatment: Includes acid and alkali washing to remove rust, stains, and oil from the product's surface. Passivation, as aluminum forms an oxide layer in the air that provides some antioxidant protection; adding a passivator creates a denser and more uniform oxide layer. Followed by water washing and drying.
Electrostatic Powder Coating: Utilizing AkzoNobel's anti-oxidation powder electrostatic coating technology, enhancing the surface aesthetics while improving anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, and UV resistance capabilities.
High-Temperature Curing: After being cured at a high temperature of 220°C, the door boasts an attractive appearance and vibrant color.
Gilding: The gilding adds the finishing touch to the aluminum art doors, making them solemn yet not monotonous.
