As more and more households and organizations install water purifiers, they have become the new norm for healthy drinking water. The core component of a water purifier is the filter cartridge, which directly determines whether the water quality meets standards. Therefore, knowing when to replace a water purifier's filter cartridge and how often to change it are common knowledge we need to be aware of while using a water purifier.
One of the following situations indicates that the filter core should be replaced:
1. The flow rate is too low to meet normal requirements.
2. A decline in the taste or a taste similar to tap water, indicating that the chlorine taste of tap water cannot be removed, suggests that the activated carbon filter has reached its adsorption capacity and is no longer effective.
If the water purifier is producing water with an excessively high TDS value and no other anomalies are detected, it indicates that the RO reverse osmosis membrane is no longer achieving the required desalination rate, suggesting that it is time to replace the filter cartridge.
If any of the following situations occur while using the water purifier, please note to replace the filter cartridge promptly.
