【Composition】
The electric heating thermal oil furnace system is a modular assembly consisting of explosion-proof electric heaters, organic heat carrier boilers, heat exchangers (configurable), control cabinets, thermal oil pumps, expansion tanks, etc. Users simply need to connect the power supply, the inlets and outlets of the medium pipes, and some electrical interfaces to start using it.
Operating Principle
Thermal oil furnaces, also known as thermal oil heaters, directly insert electric heaters into an organic carrier (thermal oil) for heating. By utilizing a circulating pump, the thermal oil is forced into a liquid phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heating equipment. After the heat is unloaded by the equipment, it returns to the heater via the circulating pump, absorbs more heat, and then transfers it to the heating equipment again, repeating this cycle indefinitely to achieve continuous heat transfer. This raises the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements. Thermal oil heaters are equipped with a digital temperature controller for temperature control, featuring over-temperature, low oil level, and over-pressure alarms. They are a energy-saving heating equipment used in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, machinery, dyeing and printing, food, shipping, textiles, and film.
Features:
Low operating pressure: Liquid phase transfer of thermal energy can achieve higher working temperatures at lower operating pressures. The thermal carrier's saturated steam pressure is 70 to 80 times smaller than that of water, with the general heating operating pressure being ≤0.3MPa.
