Thermal Oil Heater Details
Composition
The electric heating thermal oil furnace system is assembled into a skid with explosion-proof electric heaters, organic heat carrier boilers, heat exchangers (configurable), control cabinets, thermal oil pumps, expansion tanks, etc. Users simply need to connect the power supply, the inlets and outlets of the medium pipes, and some electrical interfaces to start using it.
Operation Principle
Thermal oil furnaces, also known as thermal oil heaters, directly heat an organic carrier (thermal oil) with an electric heater. Using a circulating pump, they force the thermal oil to circulate in a liquid phase, transferring heat to one or more heat-using devices. After the heat is discharged by the heat-using devices, it is recirculated through the pump back to the heater, where it absorbs more heat and then transfers it to the heat-using devices again, repeating this cycle continuously. This ensures a continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements. Thermal oil heaters are equipped with a digital temperature controller for precise temperature control, featuring over-temperature, low oil level, and over-pressure alarms. They are an energy-saving heating equipment widely used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, machinery, dyeing and printing, food, shipping, textiles, and film production.
