What are the construction steps for pipe bolt anchors?
1.定位: After the excavation section inspection is approved, mark the positions of this anchor rod hole on the rock surface according to the design specifications.
2. Boring: The partial excavation trench is bored using manual hand-held air drills. Boring technical requirements: hole diameter Φ38~42mm; opening deviation less than 2%; bore depth 3~5cm longer than the anchor rod insertion part.
3. Slowly insert the anchor rod into the hole until it reaches 3 to 5 cm from the bottom. After the rod is inserted, promptly fill the hole opening with cement sand slurry or another dense material, and set up an exhaust vent.
4. Anchor Rod Grouting: Adjust the grouting pressure to 0.5~0.8 Mpa, allowing the slurry to be slowly injected. Close the exhaust port when slurry starts to flow out, and maintain pressure injection for 3~5 minutes before stopping the grouting.
5. After grouting is completed and stopped, install pressure pad plates and nuts at the end of the anchor rod without tightening. After 24 hours of grouting, tighten the nuts, with a clamping force between 10KN/m and 20KN/m.
For the Best
The tubular bolt anchors have captured a significant market share due to their simple installation, reliable anchoring, high initial pull-out force, and increasing long-term anchoring force as the surrounding rock moves.
