The Lousong T2551 round tube electromagnetic iron plays a "bridge" role as both a process in the finishing stage of spinning and the initial process in weaving, thus holding a significant position in the textile industry.


The primary function of the Lushun T2551 round tube electromagnetic magnet:


By connecting smaller tube yarns (or twisted yarns) with a winding electromagnet to form larger cones, the capacity of a single cone from the winding electromagnet is equivalent to over twenty tube yarns. These cones are suitable for warping, twisting, winding weft, dyeing, weft for shuttleless looms, and knitting yarns, etc. If these processes were carried out directly with tube yarns, it would result in excessive downtime, affecting the improvement of production efficiency and the quality of the product. Therefore, increasing the cone capacity is a necessary condition for enhancing the productivity and quality of subsequent processes.


Some imperfections and impurities exist in the yarn, such as thick spots, thin spots, doubled yarn, weakly twisted yarn, and cotton lumps. During the winding process, the yarn is inspected using a cleaning device to remove any defects and impurities that could affect the quality of the fabric, thereby improving the uniformity and luster of the yarn. This helps to reduce breakages in the yarn during subsequent processes and enhance the appearance quality of the fabric. It is reasonable to remove the imperfections and impurities from the yarn during the winding process, as each bobbin's operation is independent during winding with an electromagnet. When one bobbin is dealing with a breakage, the other bobbins can continue working without interference. The winding tension of the T2551 round tube electromagnet is appropriate, ensuring it does not damage the yarn's original physical and mechanical properties.
