For stator products within the standard range, prepare general internal winding equipment. Make corresponding molds based on the stator's size and shape, ensuring polishing and precision meet requirements. Install the mold, place the stator above the air, and clamp it securely. Pay attention to accurate positioning, no deviation, and prevent collision with the needle.
2. Based on the stator winding diagram, compile the corresponding winding program or directly import and execute the program to enter the debugging phase. Do not lay out the wires yet; manually adjust, step by step, ensuring the wire nozzle and needle rod run paths are normal and accurately positioned. The stator frame, wire nozzle, and needle rod must not rub against each other.
3. Attempt to run the line first, starting with a manual trial run, following the winding path step by step. Observe the correctness of the winding, column wrapping, wiring layout, indexing, and line cutting. Ensure that the nozzle and needle rod operation alignment meets the requirements; if not, adjust until it does.
4. Attempt to run automatically, slowing down as much as possible, and make a few circles. Once everything is fine, you can gradually increase the speed. After completing the circles, conduct a saltwater test to ensure the leakage value meets the requirements.
5. If there are multiple models of stator products, repeat the aforementioned steps until adjustments are complete. Store the corresponding programs and create corresponding serial numbers for future use.
