The motor film is semi-transparent and milky white, featuring excellent electrical insulation properties, including slot-to-slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation for motors, as well as insulating materials between dry transformer windings. It boasts good electrical insulation capabilities, excellent heat resistance, a certain degree of light-diffusing effect, and excellent workability.

This product is primarily used for insulation and cushioning in motor and electronic products, including electrical, electronic, motor, transformer, battery power pads, insulating sheets, and serves as an insulator. Motor insulating films are mainly applied for insulation in generators and can also be used for the insulation layers of wires and cables.

1. Moldable, with high-temperature resistance. Features micro-fire retardant properties, excellent mechanical and insulation performance, good heat resistance, and certain light-diffusing capabilities.

2. Surface is smooth and glossy. Resistant to creep, with low wear and high hardness, excellent fatigue resistance, wear resistance, and dimensional stability; possesses the toughness of thermoplastic resins. Good electrical insulation properties, with minimal impact under various temperature conditions, but poor resistance to corona discharge. Non-toxic, climate-resistant, and stable.

3. It offers some degree of matte effect; the insulation grade of the motor film refers to the heat resistance level of the used insulating material, and the allowable temperature rise indicates the maximum temperature increase of the motor compared to the ambient temperature.
