To ensure the safety of conveyor parts during transportation and the accuracy of operational procedures, great attention must be paid to the following four aspects.
One: Conveyor parts installation
Different conveyor parts have varying functions and installation methods. For fixed belt conveyor parts, they must be mounted on a stable foundation. In contrast, for mobile belt conveyor parts, the corresponding wheels should be symmetrical and tightly fitted before the machine starts running. Additionally, ensure there are no obstructions nearby during operation to hinder the machine's performance.
Section Two: Conveyor Parts Launch
Conveyor parts require different operational procedures before and during startup. Prior to startup, it is essential to adjust all components, such as the tension of the conveyor belt, to ensure smooth operation during the conveying process. During startup, it is imperative not to add materials directly to the running conveyor. Instead, first clear the conveyor belt, run it unloaded for a period to ensure proper operation, and then proceed with even loading.
Section 3: Conveyer Parts and Feeding Accessories
Once the conveyor accessories run smoothly with no load, items can be added to the conveyor belt in an orderly manner. However, during the feeding process, be sure to adjust the conveyor belt to an appropriate height and place the items as centrally as possible on the belt to minimize the impact of items as they drop and reduce wear on the conveyor belt.
Four: Conveyor Parts Operation
During the operation of conveyor parts, it is crucial to continuously monitor the mechanical operation to prevent issues such as deviation in the conveyor. If such problems arise, the machine should be stopped for adjustments, and only after confirmation of proper operation should it be reintroduced into the transportation process. Additionally, it is particularly important to note that while working with parts, one should not cross over the conveyor belt directly or pass underneath it, as these actions can pose a significant risk of injury.
