Four: The cylinder movement has slowed down.

This type of failure is caused by water ingress or aging in the control solenoid or cylinder. A replacement solenoid or cylinder is required.

Section 5: Manual and semi-automatic operations are all inactive.

This type of failure is due to the burnout of the machine's switch power supply; a new switch power supply is required.

Six: When the machine operates in semi-automatic mode, pressing the foot pedal switch causes the sliding seat to descend. After the printing seat has moved to the left, it stops functioning.

The cause of this fault is due to the left sliding seat's proximity switch not sensing or having an issue.

Seven: Workbench operates but does not suck air

The cause of this kind of fault is also due to issues with the electromagnetic valve or the suction air cylinder.

Automatic and semi-automatic start-up, no descent

Faults occur when the right side sliding seat proximity switch is malfunctioning or not sensing, the selector switch is faulty, or the single-motion switch's interlock point is damaged. Solutions include adjusting the proximity switch sensitivity or replacing the right side proximity switch, and replacing or repairing the selector and single-motion switches.
