How to Use Injection Molding Robots, as an automated production equipment, are now widely used by many manufacturers.
Method/Steps
Ensure that all power and air compressor sources are properly connected, and check the air pressure valve of the robotic arm to be between 0.4mpa and 0.6mpa.
Power on the robotic arm and perform the home position reset action.
Set the various motion modes for the robotic arm (select according to the specific product requirements).
Input the robot's standby and gripping positions based on the label parameters on the robot's gripper.
According to the parameters set on the label, adjust the mold opening stroke of the injection molding machine.
Inspect for loose bolts on the clamping fixture, check for any damage to the clamping blades, verify the normal extension of the cylinders, ensure there is no leakage, confirm the integrity of the suction cups, and check for any jamming in the metal fittings.
Once the fixture is installed, check if all the metal fittings of the fixture are on the same vertical plane. If not, adjust the stop screws on the connecting plate to align the fixture on the same vertical plane.

Then, sequentially set the posture and position of the mechanical arm, open positions along the way, and product open positions.
Navigate to the robotic arm timer module and initially set the action times. Also, preliminarily set the mold injection machine ejector pin ejection delay (2s) and retraction delay (5s).

During the first fully automatic operation, to ensure better coordination between the robotic arm and the injection molding machine, please closely observe the operation of the two devices in fully automatic mode. Then, fine-tune the timing settings of the robotic arm relative to the injection molding machine (such as ejection delay, retraction delay, and intermediate cycle time) to achieve rapid and stable action response from the robotic arm.
