One: Regular inspections of the robotic arms are necessary to ensure their durability and prevent accidents.
1. The loosening of screws and nuts, caused by prolonged intense impacts on various parts, is a reason for the damage to the robot's arms and mold machines.
a. Check for loose screws and nuts on the fixed positions of the mechanical arm's lift/lower, approach/retract, horizontal, and rotational blade movements.
b. Check if the shims for adjusting the up and down travel and the lead-in travel are loose, as well as if the securing screws for the fall prevention bracket are loose.
c. Are the terminals in the junction box between the mechanical phone body unit and the control box loose? (Cause of malfunction)
2. Inspection of pressure circuit connections to various parts.
Twisted tracheal injuries can affect the appropriate flow of air pressure.
b. Clean the accumulated water and oil污 from the mechanical arm's intake air filter.
c. Check for any air leakage at the气管 joints or气管 itself. (This may cause insufficient pressure.)
d. Damage to signal connection lines can cause the robot arm to malfunction or experience a leakage phenomenon.
Section 2: Robotic Arm Motion Testing and Confirmation of Limit Switch Detection Signals
Regularly test the robot's various movements for any abnormal phenomena, such as unusual noises during operation.
b. Inspect the signal of each limit switch for the robotic arm, checking for any flickering phenomena in the input and output detection signals during the arm's movement.
c. Check whether the limit switches of the robotic arms have experienced any positional shift due to prolonged operation, which may cause poor limit detection signals for the robotic arms.
Three: Cleaning of surface dirt on all mechanical arms and regular oiling of all friction parts.
Regular cleaning is required to remove dirt caused by butter or debris adhering to the guide rail surfaces on the up and down, front and rear, and horizontal movements of the robot.
b. Conduct regular lubrication and apply cutting grease to the various friction parts and bearings, sliders, and other components of the mechanical arm.
