The bearings of the vibration disc should be regularly lubricated with oil, typically refueling every 2-3 months. The oil can be injected at the oil nozzle using an oil gun or the disc can be disassembled for lubrication. The amount of oil should be one-third to one-half of the bearing chamber's volume.
After two years of normal operation, the vibratory feeder should be disassembled, with all parts cleaned of dust and debris from various components, reassembled, and adjusted to achieve the required feeding quantity.
3. If an abnormal noise is detected during the operation of the vibration pan, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection and troubleshooting before resuming operation.
4. Vibrator pans typically undergo a minor maintenance every 4-6 months and a major overhaul once a year. During minor maintenance, clean the machine of dust, inspect the insulation resistance of the coil and the integrity of the wiring, and promptly eliminate any potential hazards. For major overhauls, open the motor, clean the interior and exterior of the machine, check for bearing wear, inspect connections, ensure grounding and that all bolts are tight, and promptly tighten any loose ones. Also, replace the lubricant with new material.
