The vibratory bowl is an auxiliary feeding device for automatic assembly or automatic processing machines. The housing comes in four types: standard housing, side housing, press housing, and precision housing. The controller options include the standard controller, polarization controller, FM controller, slow start controller, and five digital FM controllers. Linear feeders can be ordered in various types according to customer needs and can also be customized to meet product specifications.


The five-way vibration pan is mainly composed of a hopper, base, controller, and feeding machine. In addition to meeting product alignment needs, it is a modern high-tech product that can be used for sorting, inspecting, and counting packaging. It is widely used in various industries such as batteries, hardware, electronics, food, and connectors, serving as the necessary equipment to meet the supply requirements of industrial automation equipment.


How a Metal Vibrating Disc Operates:


The hopper below the vibratory feeder for metal parts is equipped with a solenoid, causing it to vibrate vertically. It is also twisted around the vertical axis by an inclined spring. Due to this vibration, the internal components of the hopper rise along the spiral track.
