2. Machine Structure:

The body is precision-welded using SM41C steel plates, and the columns are made from S45C material, capable of withstanding significant pressure without bending or deforming.

3. Hydraulic Cylinders and Pistons

The cylinders are made from SC26 high-hardness cast steel. The pistons, made of chilled cast iron, are precision ground and have a hardness of 65°.

4. Heat Plate

The hot plate is precision-machined from SS41 steel plate, featuring an internal recirculation system that ensures even temperature distribution, achieving excellent results.

5. Oil Seal

The oil seal is made of polyurethane, offering long-term leak prevention and ease of replacement and maintenance.

6. Hydraulic Equipment
