Oil leakage in a flat vulcanizer can pose significant dangers to the normal operation of our own equipment. How should we handle the situation of oil leakage in a flat vulcanizer?
Manufacturers of flat vulcanizing machines advise that during operation, these machines may sometimes leak oil. If the leaks are not addressed promptly or correctly, they could potentially lead to major accidents, compromising the operation of the flat vulcanizing machine. Therefore, the general public should take preventive measures at an early stage and seek out solutions.
To address the oil leakage issue in the tablet vulcanizer, the mechanical assembly (drilling templates) can be used to drill through the oil holes, thereby completely eliminating the defect of excessive deviation in the oil passage between the two parts.
Specific steps are as follows:
1. All holes, including large and small ones, in the drilling template must be fully machined on the coordinate boring machine, with hole position deviation kept within ±0.006mm, and the normal requirement for hole position deviation is maintained at ±0.1mm. The four screw holes for installing the valve are fixed, and then four precise positioning pins are mounted on the template, aligning with the four installation holes of the valve body.
2. The four installation screw holes for the valve body must be pre-drilled with threaded bottom holes. Use these four holes for precise positioning of the drilling template, then drill through the oil hole. This processing ensures accurate alignment of the "X" spacing with the valve body's oil hole, preventing any leakage even when the oil temperature rises to 60℃.
