Level switches are widely used in the detection of various materials, including fly ash, particles, powders, liquids,粘性的, conductive, and non-conductive substances. They can meet measurement requirements for different temperatures and pressures. The high temperature range reaches up to 800°C, and the high-pressure range reaches up to 5MPa, making them suitable for corrosive and harsh environments.


The unique circuit design and sensor structure of the level switch enable measurements to ignore substances on the probe and automatically correct, eliminating the need for regular cleaning and preventing false measurements and signals. The measurement process lacks moving parts, ensuring no damage to mechanical components and no maintenance required. The level switch boasts powerful functionality with a large output contact capacity and a status indicator light for operation. A delay of 0-30 seconds can eliminate the impact of material fluctuations. It offers a split-mount installation suitable for high-temperature and high-vibration environments, with various probe types to meet different on-site requirements.


The level switch is driven by a micro motor, with the drive shaft connected to a clutch. When the material is not touched, the motor operates normally. Upon contact with the material, the motor stops rotating, and the detection device outputs a relay signal while simultaneously cutting off the power to stop the rotation. As the material descends, the blade resistance disappears, and the detection device returns to its original state with the help of a torsion spring, allowing for adjustable torque for materials of different densities. The level switch is a controller for solid materials (including powders, lumps, granules, gels, etc.). It features good sealing, strong overload capacity, easy installation, and a large output contact capacity.


By adjusting the tension of the spring, materials of different specific gravities can be achieved, with all contact materials being made of stainless steel. The level switch has been widely used in industries such as chemicals, plastics, cement, feed, and food. The motor drives the blade to rotate. When the measured medium reaches the blade position, the blade is blocked and stops rotating, thereby triggering the micro-switch to output a switching signal. When the measured medium moves away from the blade, the blade returns to its original position and continues to rotate under the action of the spring. The tension of the spring can be adjusted according to the specific gravity of the measured medium. When the material ratio is significant, the spring is adjusted to be strong, and vice versa.
