Emergency Power Supply System for Firefighting Equipment Adjustment Standard

4.17.1 During emergency power shutdown, directly connect the equipment's wiring to the emergency power output and switch on the main power supply of the emergency power.

4.17.2 Inspect the control and switching functions of the emergency power supply according to the following requirements, and observe the display of input voltage, output voltage, output current, main power operation status, emergency operation status, battery pack, and individual battery voltage. Make detailed records. The display should match the specifications in the product manual and meet the requirements. 1. Manually start the emergency power supply output; the main power and backup power should not be output simultaneously, and the emergency switch should be completed within 5 seconds. 2. Manually stop the output of the emergency power supply; the emergency power supply should return to the working status before startup. 3. Disconnect the main power of the emergency power supply; the emergency power supply should emit an audible alert signal, which should be manually canceled. Reconnect the main power; the emergency power supply should return to the main power working status. 4. Input an interlock start signal to the emergency power supply with automatic control function; the emergency power supply should switch to emergency operation status within 5 seconds, and the main power and backup power should not be output simultaneously. Input an interlock stop signal; the emergency power supply should return to the main power working status. 5. The emergency power supply with manual and automatic control functions is in automatic control mode, then manually insert the operation; the emergency power supply should have manual insertion priority, and there should be indicators for automatic and manual control modes. Inspection Quantity: Full inspection. Inspection Method: Visual inspection.

4.17.3 Disconnect the emergency power supply load and check the protection function of the emergency power supply according to the following requirements, and make a record. Any output circuit should trigger protection action, while the other circuits should output normal voltage; 2. Stop the output of any phase in the three-phase load circuit of the emergency power supply connected to a three-phase AC load, and the emergency power supply should automatically stop the output of the other two phases in the circuit, and should emit both audio and visual fault signals; 3. Stop the output of any phase in the single-phase AC load connected to the emergency power supply's AC three-phase output, and the other two phases should operate normally, and both audio and visual fault signals should be emitted. Inspection Quantity: Full inspection. Inspection Method: Visual inspection.

4.17.4 Connect the emergency power supply to an equivalent full-load simulated load, putting it into emergency operating mode. The emergency operating time should be greater than 1.5 times the designed emergency operating time and not less than the product's specified emergency operating time. Inspection Quantity: Full inspection. Inspection Method: Visual inspection, instrument measurement.

4.17.5 The emergency power supply charging circuit should be disconnected between the emergency power supply and the battery, as well as between batteries. The emergency power supply should emit an audible and visual fault signal within 100 seconds. The audible fault signal should be manually resettable. Inspection Quantity: Full inspection. Inspection Method: Visual inspection.
