Hydraulic lifting platforms may fail to reach the rated height after being used for a period or when they are suddenly used after a long period of non-use. The reasons for this issue are multifaceted. Below, our editor briefly introduces these reasons to help our customers address such situations promptly.
The hydraulic lift can rise and lower, so the electrical system is in good condition, with the motor and control switches all operating normally, thus we can rule out issues related to this aspect. Our hydraulic lift is powered by hydraulic pressure, and if there is insufficient hydraulic oil, the equipment will not reach the rated load capacity. Therefore, if the lift height is not achieved, the first step is to check if there is enough hydraulic oil. If the oil level is low, it must be replenished promptly.
Of course, if the equipment exceeds its rated load capacity, it can also prevent the hydraulic lifting platform from reaching the designated height. Therefore, we strive to avoid overloading the lifting platform. Proper maintenance and safe operation will maximize the effectiveness of your hydraulic lifting platform!
