Safety Precautions for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms
During platform lifting operations, the work surface should remain level, and the support rod fork assembly should maintain a vertical position.
When working outdoors, the platform must be secured with a safety harness if the working height is 14 meters or above (including 14 meters) or if the wind speed exceeds level 5.
During the platform's ascent or descent, it is strictly prohibited for any personnel to climb.
4. Strictly prohibited from using lifting operations if the support legs are not securely fastened.
5. Strictly prohibited from moving once the platform has risen and failed to return to the original height.
6. It is strictly prohibited to operate the platform at an excessive or overloaded capacity.
During the platform's loading and unloading process, the goods are strictly prohibited from moving.
During the platform's lifting and lowering process, no walking or swaying is permitted.
Keep hydraulic oil clean; do not mix with water or other impurities.
When the platform experiences a malfunction and cannot operate normally, even after disconnecting the power source, contact a professional technician for repair.
11. Strictly prohibit equipment from operating with defects; only authorized personnel are allowed to disassemble or repair.
When performing equipment maintenance, raise the platform securely after removing the anchor.
