During the summer, vacuum fans are used at a high frequency, and frequent use inevitably leads to malfunctions. Once severe, they can damage the bearings and blades, even the air ducts. Below, let's introduce several common vacuum fan malfunctions and their analysis.
One: The bearing housing experiences severe vibration.
The shaft of the fan is not concentric with the motor shaft, causing the coupling to be misaligned.
2. Negative pressure fan housing or inlet is rubbing against the impeller.
3. Insufficient or inadequate foundational rigidity.
4. Rotor rivets are loose or the wheel disk is warped.
5. Blade shaft disk and shaft are loose; coupling bolts are movable.
The connection bolts between the casing and bracket of the vacuum fan, the bearing housing and bracket, and the bearing housing cover and exhaust fan base have become loose.
Excessive bearing temperature rise
The bearing housing experiences severe vibration.
2. Poor grease quality, spoilage, or overfilling, containing dust, sticky sand, dirt, and other impurities.
3. The tightening force of the bolts connecting the bearing housing and the bearing saddle of the vacuum fan is too great or too small.
4. Axle and roller bearing installation is misaligned, with front and rear bearings not concentric.
5. Roller bearing failure.
Third, the motor's current is excessive, leading to an overly high temperature rise.
During operation, the throttle valve or throttle valve in the intake manifold was not secured.
Flow rate exceeds the specified value or air duct leakage.
3. The gas conveyed by the fan of the vacuum blower contains sticky substances, or the air temperature is too low, leading to high gas density.
4. The motor's input voltage is too low or the fan on the power roof has been disconnected with single-phase power.
Axle misalignment, overly tight baffles, or uneven gaps.
Four: Belt Slippage
The two pulleys of the vacuum fan are not aligned with their corresponding grooves.
Five: Belt Jounce
The distance between the two pulleys is too close or the belt is too long.
